What is not covered under the warranty?

The Catalyst® warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (drops, crushing).
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs).
• Unauthorized modifications or improper use.
• Claims made after 12 months.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (Amazon Marketplace sellers, eBay, and others on our restricted list).
