We’ll Review & Respond
Once we get your claim, our friendly Support Team will jump on it and respond within 24 business hours. We might need a couple of pics 📸 to help us review the issue, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. 🔄
Get Your Replacement
Once everything’s good to go, we’ll ship out your replacement product 🛍️. You’ll get an email confirmation with tracking details so you can watch your new product make its way to you! 📦✨

Who’s Eligible for a Warranty? 🤔

You gotta be the original buyer of the product. 💯
Don’t forget your receipt—proof of purchase is a must! 🧾
Our warranty covers products purchased directly from catalystcase.com or an authorized retailer.

What’s Covered by Our Warranty? ✅

If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ve got you covered. We’ll repair or replace it for free (if it meets the criteria). But there are a few exceptions:

Normal wear and tear 🕰️
Damage from accidents or misuse 😬
Unauthorized repairs or modifications 🔧
Products bought from unauthorized resellers (more on that below 👀)

Catalyst® Warranty Breakdown 🔎

Standard Warranty: 12 months for most Catalyst® products like iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch cases. 📱⌚
Discounted Products: If you scored a deal, these are covered for 90 days. 🤑
Lifetime Warranty for Screen Protectors: We cover defects (but not drops! 😬).

Heads Up! 🚨

If you got your product from Amazon, eBay, or any third-party seller, it might not be covered by our warranty. Only purchases from Catalyst® retailers or our website are eligible. (We like to keep things official. 😉)
