đź“‹Guidelines (aka the Need-to-Know)

⏰ Timing is Everything: You've got a full year (12 months) from the purchase date to file a warranty claim. Make sure your purchase was from Catalystcase.com, CatalystLifestyle.com, or one of our authorized retailers!

📸 Pics or it Didn't Happen: Show us what's up! Provide clear photos of the defect from different angles. For bonus points, you can even submit a video if it's a functional issue (think button malfunctions, waterproofing fails, etc.).

đź“‘ What's Covered (and What's Not):

âś… You're Covered: We're happy to replace or repair products with manufacturing defects (like a faulty seal or a part that went rogue), material defects (premature wear and tear), products that decide to malfunction (we're looking at you, leaky waterproof cases!), and anything that arrived on your doorstep already defective.

❌ Sorry, Not Covered: Accidental damage (oops!), improper use (like not reading the instructions and taking your non-waterproof case for a swim), normal wear and tear (those battle scars happen!), unauthorized modifications (we love your DIY spirit, but...), and claims made after the 12-month warranty period.

👩‍⚖️ Our Support Team = The Deciders: Our amazing support team reviews each claim individually. If approved, we'll get a replacement shipped out to you free of charge!
