⏰ Time is of the Essence: We've got a 30-day return window from the day you snagged your awesome stuff. Make sure it's from CatalystCase.com or CatalystLifestyle.com! (For other purchases, hit up the original seller.)

📸 Pics or it Didn't Happen: Hang onto that proof of purchase – your order number will do the trick!

📦 Pristine Packaging is Key: Think of it like returning a superhero to their lair – everything needs to be exactly as it was found – unopened, unused, with all the original packaging and goodies. No battle damage allowed!

📸 Show Us What You Got: We'll need a visual confirmation of the product's condition.

🔄 Restocking Fee: A small 5% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns (because, logistics!).

📦 Missing Pieces? Uh Oh!: If parts or the original packaging are MIA, a 15% restocking fee might apply. Or, we might just send it back your way!

✈️ Return Shipping: You're on point for return shipping (unless our awesome support team tells you otherwise!).

🏷️ RMA is Your Golden Ticket: You'll get an RMA number – slap it on the outside of your return package like a boss. No RMA = No Return.

⏳ RMA Expiration Date: Your RMA number is valid for 15 days. Don't sleep on it!

💰 Refunds: Once we get your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days, back to the original payment method. (Heads up: Shipping fees aren't refundable.)
